The 2006 ASA Annual Conference entitled "Global Climate Change and Energy Supply - Opportunities for Irish Agriculture?" will take place on Friday 8th September in the Radisson Hotel, Sligo.Top international scientists and policy makers will assess the potential impact of climate change on Irish Agriculture and the opportunities presented by renewable energy.
In a change of format the ASA Banquet will be held after the conference, starting at 7.00pm on Friday 8 September. Guest speaker is Dr Eddie O'Connor, Chief Executive of Airtricity.
