* Branch Manager, Ballycanew – Glanbia Agribusiness

We are now seeking applications for the position of Branch Manager in Ballycanew. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the jobholder will have responsibility for the management of all Site operations, the development of customer relationships and all sales, margins and debtors.
 
Key Deliverables in this role will include:
 Manage the branch in line with the set annual budgets
 Develop Customer relationships and grow the sales across our product ranges in both Agri and Retail
 Manage the day-to-day operations, people, costs, sales,
 Ensure efficient stock management.
 Ensure the branch presentation is to the highest standards.
 Full adherence to all Glanbia policies, processes and procedures
 
Qualifications/Experience
 A passion for delivering excellent customer service to all customers both Agri and Retail.
 A strong and wide knowledge of all Agri sectors
 Have an excellent understanding of retail standards and possess a flair and keen interest in this area
 The successful candidate would ideally a professional qualification Bachelor of Agriculture or a related discipline
 Strong knowledge of computer systems- SAP, EPOS and Microsoft Office

 Be highly motivated with the ability to lead a team of people.
 Have strong communication skills and an ability to work within a team environment.
 Be results orientated and possess a keen commercial awareness.
