Beef Event – Dawn Meats
Where can science lead beef carcass evaluation?
On Thursday 5th May over 50 ASA members gathered in the Charleville Park Hotel for a specialist beef event hosted by Dawn Meats.
The event, which was kindly sponsored by AIB provided ASA members with a comprehensive insight into beef trends, consumer demand and international market requirements.
The day began with a tour of the Dawn Meats plant where we inspected levels of quality in cattle type followed by a practical session in the chill area. A seminar and discussion followed upon return to the hotel. Presentations are available for members to download below.
