A prominent Irish fresh produce company serving many companies within the food and agricultural sector is looking to hire a Head of Sales to expand sales within the U.S. The company specialises in tailored services and expert knowledge from enthusiastic team-players.
 
• Attractive salary package (Salary is negotiable, but an indication is 250k-300k USD base and an overall package of 500k USD).
• Bonuses are up to 35%.
• Relocation allowance (Need the person to move fully and not just relocate for 6 months).
 
The candidate must:
• Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing sales structure and strategy and work closely with the sales team to improve sales process, performance, and accountability for results.
• Develop incentives and strategic plans with the sales managers to increase business with current customers.
• Interface and coordinate with all functions involved in the customer supply chain, including production, logistics, port operations, and finance.
• 5+ years of executive sales leadership, 15+ years of progressive sales leadership roles.
