Barry Larkin is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Acorn Merchant Group. The Acorn brand represents a group of long established, independently owned, agri-business merchants. The group was set up with the overall objective of enabling members provide their customers with quality farm
inputs at competitive prices.

Barry coordinates procurement strategy as well as representing the Acorn group at various industry stakeholder engagements.

In previous roles Barry has worked in areas such as Research & Development as well as commercial sales of arable products, in both Australia and Ireland. He graduated from UCD with a B.Agr.Sc. followed by a M.Agr.Sc., specialising in crop science.
