Margaret Berry joined Kepak Group as Head of Sustainability in 2022. Kepak has 15 manufacturing plants in Ireland and the UK. The company has over 5,000 employees and a presence in 43 countries. It works with over 28,000 farms and farming families through fair trade, knowledge transfer and sustainability initiatives.
Margaret is responsible for the development and implementation of Kepak Group’s sustainability strategy. She is a strategic thinking and commercially minded business leader with 20 years’ experience working in the Irish food and agribusiness industry. A graduate of Bord Bia’s Talent Academy Fellowship programme her background is in strategic business development roles working with Kerry Group, Bord Bia and UCD Smurfit Business School. Margaret is passionate about the industry with a focus on building sustainable value creation with key customer and stakeholder partnerships across the supply chain.
