A horticultural display with the ASA

The Agricultural Science Association is delighted to invite members/non-members to visit the new state of the art glasshouses at Morning Fresh Farms and Uniplumo in north county Dublin. At Morning Fresh Farm, you will be walked through the recent investment into a fully automated hydroponics growing system for lettuce. Here you will see their own robot carry out the daily planting. From there, we will visit Uniplumo who distribute over 10 million plants from 5 hectares of heated glass in Wyestown.


9.30 Arrive at Morning Fresh Farms (this is very new, so the grounds and facilities are not yet finished)

10.30 Leave Morning Fresh

11.00 Arrive at Uniplumo

Tea/coffee and croissants on arrival

11.30 Tour of Uniplumo, here we will see where they grow, produce, and distribute over 10million plants from    5 Hectares of heated glasshouses.

12.30 Tour ends.


This event is free to ASA members. There is a charge of €25 for non members
